Studio policies
These policies protect your time and mine. Booking an appointment means you agree to them — please read carefully before submitting a deposit.
Deposit
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book. It is applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
Late arrivals
There is a 15-minute grace period. After that, a $20 late fee applies. Arrivals past 20 minutes are considered a no-show — deposit is forfeited and the appointment is cancelled.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit credited. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows must pre-pay 50% to rebook.
Guests & children
To keep the studio calm and on-schedule, please do not bring extra guests or non-appointment children. Clients under 12 should be accompanied by one adult only.
Hair prep
Arrive with hair freshly washed, conditioned, blow-dried straight, and fully detangled. Add the Prep service at checkout if you'd prefer it done for you.
Confirmation & reminders
You'll receive a confirmation text once your deposit clears, plus reminder texts 48 hours and 2 hours before your appointment. Please reply 'C' to confirm.

- ✓ No heavy oils, butters, or leave-ins
- ✓ Bring snacks, phone charger, headphones
